Mindfulness 201 5-week Course

The next Mindfulness 201 Course will be offered in the spring of 2023.

Mindfulness 201 is a 5-week program consisting of five 90 minutes classes.   It builds on the foundations learned during either Mindfulness for Beginners, MBSR or the Mindfulness 101 course.  Mindfulness 201 offers practices and tools to deepen and strengthen one’s mindfulness practice. Therefore, one should have a regular, personal meditation practice prior to attending this offering.

Each class will include guided meditations, experiential exercises, instructive talks, and also a group discussion with feedback. Every week you will receive homework suggestions to help you incorporate and skillfully apply the teachings and practices covered in the class into your daily life. Once the class starts you will receive access to the dedicated learning platform containing home practice materials including downloadable guided meditations.

It is recommended that participants have completed Mindfulness 101, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and/or have a regular personal meditation practice prior to attending this offering.
